Cath Anley, Secretary
Cath Anley has been Head of Libraries and Archives in Kent since 2002, and brings a wealth of library experience to her role as SCL Secretary. Since embarking on a career in libraries, Cath has held posts in East and West Sussex, the London Borough of Hounslow, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where she stayed for 14 years.
