SCL President to Speak at LGA/MLA Library Modernisation Conference

SCL President Fiona Williams will speak at the 14 December LGA/MLA Library Modernisation Conference: 1964 and All That. The title of Fiona's workshop will be 'Library membership in the 21st Century'.
